Governance of Sanitation Marketing in Gemena, Democratic Republic of Congo (Giacomo Galli)

As part of a project led by Oxfam and Wageningen University, this PhD research will attempt to understand the collaboration between local government and society in a context of limited statehood.  The aim is to support local government to set up arrangements that facilitate other civic society actors to develop, maintain, and market sanitation facilities.
