The knowledge transfer of policy research in the domain Nature, Landscape and Rural areas to agricultural education can be strengthened. A better knowledge between research and education should be tailored to the need for innovative knowledge products to support regional transitions.
Working with the formula of Knowledge Workcenters Regional Transition appears to work for knowledge transfer to green education. Based on research by Workplace Veenkolonien and research by Alterra a contribution has been made to the development of a curriculum on climate adaptation at university Van Hall Larenstein. Also guest lectures were provided. Furthermore an exchange of experiences with Knowledge Workcenters and dissemination of research into green education took place.
