NRO overview studies "Teamleaders stimulating team development in vocational education"

Vocational education is increasingly shaped in interdisciplinary ways wherein theory is explicitly linked to professional practice. This requires teachers cooperating and learning together. Moreover, teams are held responsible for the quality of education instead of individual teachers. However, collaboration and team learning do not automatically occur in teacher teams. In this qualitative study, we examine how team leaders can use team oriented HRM in order to stimulate teamwork.
