Role of non-destructive sensing in reducing post-harvest food loss and waste - This contribution is part of the workshop organized by the EU project Antares, and presents how non-destructive sensing can play a role in reducing food loss and waste, followed by a case-study on using imaging spectroscopy for quality prediction of harvested tomatoes for prediction of sensitivity of tomato sepals to fungal infection.
