The fourth edition of the Food Professional Day once again features an exciting programme for professionals working in the gastronomy, industry, care and catering sectors. This unique study day gives food professionals an opportunity to share all the latest developments in nutrition, food and food preparation, and lifestyle, in a truly inspirational environment. The day revolves around looking, smelling, tasting, experiencing and participating.
Chefs will be brought up-to-date on all the latest knowledge and discoveries, but the programme is designed to be interesting to anyone working in the food and nutrition industry.
Speakers include Jonnie Boer, head chef and proprietor of the three-star restaurant De Librije in Zwolle. Together with Tjakko Abee from Wageningen UR and others, he will be demonstrating three different fermentation processes.
In addition to the plenary programme, inspiring workshops will be given by top chefs and food scientists.
