Internship: Swimming physiology of fish

At Wageningen University & Research we are looking for MSC students who will study the swimming performance and beneficial physiological effects of swimming exercise on growth, reproduction, health and welfare of several fish species including yellowtail kingfish, seabass, salmon, eel, pikeperch and zebrafish.

This line of research involves both fundamental scientific aspects of exercise physiology as applied scientific aspects on the implementation of swimming in aquaculture and fish migrations in nature.
