Mindful studying: Books on stress management and mindful living
Studying and preparing for exams can be quite stressful as any student knows. WUR Library has acquired a collection of books to help you deal with exam stress and to develop a more relaxed mind.
Both the student dean and student psychologist have participated in the selection of stress management books for this new collection.
