Robert and Linda (in their seventies and happily married for nearly 50 years), two retired piano teachers who volunteer every week at the local music school, live a few doors away from Paul. In addition to music and their ten grandchildren, the couple are crazy about good food.
“There's nothing like a good steak with red wine and a French cheese platter,” Robert always says. Linda is starting to see things differently, however. Her Robert has been a model bon vivant for many years. “But we’re getting older,” she says to her husband. “Maybe we should get on our bikes more, and eat more vegetables and less cheese.” Biking is an easy sell for Robert, as he loves to go out. But he does not want to change anything about his diet. “Surely you don’t want me to start eating rabbit food in my old age.”
