For my graduation as a bachelor student of the HAN, I did a thesis at the Nematology. My goal of this thesis was to gain more insights of the biological functions of a protein secreted by plant parasitic nematodes.

By using different cloning techniques and infiltration assays, I was able to obtain some interesting results. I would like to thank all the people working at the Nematology, for all their support and fun. Thanks to them I was able graduate succesfully and gained a lot of (lab)experience.
