Accommodation
Wageningen University arranged 3 accommodation possibilities. These will be described below. You are asked to pay your choice of accommodation upon registration.
Accommodation 1. Camping de Wielerbaan
- Room for 56 students, divided over small holiday houses for 4 to 6 persons
- Price for 2 nights: 70 euro (limited places)
- Price for 3 nights: 95 euro
- Including bicycle rent, breakfast, bed linen and cleaning costs
- As transport we arranged bicycles for you, a sustainable and typical Dutch means of transportation!

Accommodation 2: Boerderij Hoekelum
- Room for 66 students, divided over three buildings
- Price for 3 nights: 95 euro
- Including bus transport to and from the conference (during the conference), breakfast, bed linen and cleaning costs

Accommodation 3: Natuurvriendenhuis de Bosbeek
- Room for 84 students (42 rooms for 2 persons)
- Price for 2 nights: 80 euro

General remarks
- At all three accommodations there will be students from Wageningen University present to guide you. They will arrange breakfast at the accommodation. Furthermore they can guide you around.
- The accommodations are not easy to reach by Public Transport. Wageningen University therefore arranged bicycles (at camping de Wielerbaan) and special bustransport (at the other 2 locations). Make sure you make the right choice at registration.
- We advice you to come on Thursday to get the full experience. If that's not possible for you and you arrive on Friday, please contact us. All bookings start on Thursday.
- You can mention your preference for roommates at the registration form. We will do our best to accommodate all preferences.
- First come, first served! Don't wait too long with registration.
