Join the MOOC Challenge!

Do you want to learn how to develop a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC)? Follow hands-on workshops? Win a chance to create your own MOOC? Take up the challenge and join the MOOC Challenge!

For the second time the department Online Learning of Wageningen University & Research, in collaboration with the Education and Learning Sciences Group (ELS) and support of WUR Student Challenges, organises the MOOC Challenge.

We invite students to come up with ideas for a new MOOC. You will form teams and work in a interdisciplinary group of students on a storyboard design. The winning team can put their ideas into practice and develop a completely new MOOC in the following academic year. With online education being the future, this is great to add to your resume. Bonus: you will get 6 ECTS upon successful completion of the Challenge, the course is included in the study handbook: MOOC Development ELS59306.

The Challenge is open to all MSc students and 2nd and 3rd year BSc students. There is room for max. 25 participants, so be fast!
