University of Wisconsin-Madison -College of Agriculture and Life Sciences

Since its founding in 1848, this campus has been a catalyst for the extraordinary. As a public land-grant university and prolific research institution, our students, staff, and faculty members partake in a world-class education and solve real-world problems.

I always wanted to go on an exchange to live in another culture away from my home, and UWMadison offered courses that I couldn’t find anywhere in the Netherlands. It’s a great way to make global connections and to explore your fields of interests in a different city. It also shows the differences between the way courses are taught between countries and you can learn about academic and social culture.
