International programmes - Animal Sciences
The master's Animal Sciences is a very internationally oriented programme. There are many different nationalities within the student population as well as within the employee population. The master's programme of Animal Sciences offers several international study programmes, in which students and universities from different countries are involved.
Educational collaboration
Through research, there is much collaboration between Wageningen University & Research and research institutes all over the world. These collaborations are extended to education. Together with outstanding universities, we offer several international study programmes where students from different countries take part in the same programme. You follow courses and/or can do your thesis/internship at Europe’s top universities in specific topics. In this way you become an expert in one of the animal sciences fields and have the opportunity gain experience with different international (educational and scientific) cultures. Several of the programmes allow you to graduate at two universities, and thus obtain a double MSc degree.
Current international MSc programmes are:
European master's in Animal Breeding and Genetics
European Animal Management and Sustainability
