After finishing her education at the Van Leeuwenhoek Institute in Delft, Charlotte has worked in different research field at LUMC, Plant Science Group and the laboratory of Biochemistry at the WUR. She joined the FQD group in 2001 and (co) supervises BSc and MSC projects and supervising trainees ROC. She is involved in teaching following courses; Food Flavor/ Business and Consumer perspective on FQ/ Food Nutrient Breakdown and Absorption/ Integrated Sensory Science/ Food Properties and Function. At the department she takes care for the management of the research protocols and the is contact persons for the data management of the group. With the other members of the technical staff, she continuously adapt to increasing amount students and PhD and guest workers of FQD in order to create a safe and efficiently and pleasant working environment area for all of them.
