Education - dr.ir. CR (Cathelijne) Stoof

Master in 2021 I launched the Master course Pyrogeography, an inter- and transdisciplinary course on integrated fire management for students from across the environmental and social sciences. Working with Simone Bennett, a multimedia artist, the capstone project of the course is a real-world exercise in which small groups of students use their creativity to give their stakeholder client new insight into their challenge. Pyrogeography is taught every January (period 3) and is also open to students outside Wageningen University.
