My Systems Genetics research group performs biochemical network analysis to understand the molecular mechanisms through which genomic mutations shape the phenotype of food-associated microorganisms. We integrate biochemical models with comparative genomics, ~omics techniques, (CRISPR) genome editing and adaptive evolution.
