ME (Marcos) Dominguez Viera

Marcos was born in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon (Mexico), place where he completed his bachelors studies in Economics. He also did a masters degree in Economics at the University of Essex in the United Kingdom.

During his studies, he specialized in assessing the impact of social programs in the state of Nuevo Leon. His research was awarded with several prizes at the local and national levels.

Regarding his work experience, he had roles in the Governments of Nuevo Leon (State) and Monterrey (Municipality). His main duties were related to following up the performance of programs form all the departments, as well has to coordinate program evaluations and anual reports of the heads of those Governments.

Personally speaking, he is passionate about having a healthy lifestyle, which involves cooking and practicing sports. Moreover, he has organized workshops and coordinated projects related to those topics.
