Electron microscopy
Shared Research Facilities offers high resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Both TEM and SEM are available with a cryo-setup. The SEM is also equipped with with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX / EDS).
