Learn about this course

Introduction

Sustainability is no longer a side topic, it's at the heart of business continuity and competitive strategy. Yet for many professionals working in agri-food supply chains, making sustainability happen is anything but straightforward. Sustainability strategy means confronting difficult trade-offs with no clear-cut answers and incomplete information. Implementing that strategy requires coordination across departments, disciplines, and stakeholder interests. This 3-day executive course plus online preparation (12 hours) helps professionals navigate these challenges with clarity, confidence, and strategic insight. Designed by Wageningen University & Research, the programme gives you the tools to unpack sustainability choices, assess your options, and drive implementation across your organisation and value chains.
