European League of Life Sciences Universities

The European League of Life Sciences Universities (ELLS) Founded in 2001 on the initiative of Wageningen University and Research. ELLS is a network of leading universities cooperating in the fields of Natural Resource Management, Agricultural and Forestry Sciences, Life Sciences, Veterinary Sciences, Food Sciences, and Environmental Sciences.
ELLS turns 25!
The Euroleague for Life Sciences Universities (ELLS) is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year with a refreshed visual identity and a new logo. The new design reflects what ELLS stands for: collaboration between European universities, connecting students and researchers, and working together on solutions to societal challenges within the life sciences.
For 25 years, ELLS has brought together knowledge, talent, and international collaboration and in the years ahead, that spirit of connection will remain at the heart of everything it does.

Student association
Within ELLS there is a student association as well: the EuroLeague Student Association (ELSA). The Wageningen delegation of this ELSA consists of one current and one former Student Council member.
