In both the master's programmes Food Technology and Food Quality Management the primary focus is on food and offer you a choice of consumer studies or economics courses to become a food technologist with knowledge of economics and consumers. In the master's Consumer Studies the primary focus is on the consumer. A similarity is that all three study programmes integrate technology and consumer knowledge to find sustainable solutions to complex issues.
