Your level of thinking really shines through when you can also put your ideas clearly on paper. Formulating your ideas freely, creating a logical structure, and bringing your reader along – that is often the biggest challenge and wish of professionals with dyslexia.

In this one-to-one coaching programme, you will get practical strategies and tools that will help you write with more ease, fun, and impact.
Content and approach
This coaching programme is practical and effective. We take as our starting point the context in which you work, the texts you write, and the space you have and take to work on them. In the course of a number of one-to-one sessions, you will focus on your writing challenges.
Thanks to the CAAS model that we have developed especially for professionals with dyslexia, we can offer you a powerful combination of technical applications and coaching. CAAS stands for Context, Attitude, Applications and Strategy.
What will be covered?
In these coaching sessions, we will work on themes such as:
- A solution-oriented attitude and the will to get started with a new method
- Text type and text purpose in relation to your readership
- A roadmap and writing strategy that will guide you through each writing phase
- Technical tools to greatly simplify the writing of texts

After completing this coaching programme, you will:
- Be able to apply various writing strategies and use a roadmap to build texts logically and effectively draw your reader into your story
- Know how to use smart applications and tools to simplify and speed up your writing process
- Have developed a positive, solution-oriented attitude that helps you write with greater ease, pleasure, and persuasiveness

It is intended for professionals with dyslexia who want to write effective business texts with less effort.
Tailor-made course or coaching programme: how does it work?
During an intake interview, we will determine what is desirable and feasible and we will discuss the approach and design of the course. The course will take place one-on-one and will take place at our premises (RU campus). After the intake interview, you will receive an offer with a tailor-made programme.
What are the costs of a tailor-made course or coaching?
The costs depend on the design and duration of the course. You will always receive a tailor-made quotation. An internal rate applies to Wageningen University employees.
