Job Participation Support | jops

Job Participation Support | jops is the labour‑inclusion team within Wageningen University & Research. Jops supports candidates who are registered in the Dutch target group register (Doelgroepregister) with matching and placement and provides professional guidance where needed, so they can perform their work to the best of their abilities.

We support supervisors, teams, and HR staff with both administrative processes and guidance related to labour participation. We also collaborate with municipalities in the region and with the Employee Insurance Agency (UWV). In doing so, we continue to build an inclusive organization and contribute to fulfilling the requirements of the Banenafspraak (Job Agreement under Dutch labour‑participation law).
