About Nexus
Nexus was built in the late 1960s. It has housed many different groups and undergone many changes. For years, it was known as the temporary building. For a time, it was connected to barracks and, until 2014, it was attached to the "orange" building, which is now the south wing of Actio. That year, the architectural firm Elemans transformed the old main building to bring it to the next phase: Nexus.
It now houses the social and medical support services affiliated with WUR, such as the occupational health physician, student chaplaincy, and the student housing office.
