Sale announcement of plot of land on Haarweg in Wageningen to Liander
Wageningen University (WU) intends to sell a plot of land on Haarweg in Wageningen, cadastral municipality of Wageningen, section G, number 2200 (partial) measuring 50.5 m2 to Liander. Conditions were attached to the sale with the aim of installing a medium-voltage station for the necessary grid reinforcement. As the regional grid operator, Liander is the only party that can realise the grid reinforcement and implement this project. Based on objective, verifiable and reasonable criteria, Wageningen University is of the opinion that Liander is therefore the only serious candidate for the purchase of the plot concerned.
Deadline for response
If you do not agree with this intention, you should make this known no later than 30 calendar days after the date of publication by means of a substantiated message citing "Sale of plot of land Haarweg, Wageningen". You can send your substantiated response by post to Wageningen University, PO Box 59, 6700 AB Wageningen, attn. J.A. Schuijt, Facilities and Services, Real Estate & Housing department, or by e-mail to: jan.schuijt@wur.nl.
Within 7 calendar days of receiving our substantiated response to your message, you may institute summary proceedings before the District Court of Central Netherlands. You will also be required to send an electronic copy of the writ of summons to the e-mail address given above citing ‘Sale of plot of land Haarweg in Wageningen’.
Should you fail to respond by either deadline, your right to take legal action against the above and/or to file a claim for compensation or any other claim based thereon will lapse or, at least, you will have exhausted your rights in this respect. We use a response time to ensure a reasonable handling period for the sale and to obtain clarity.
