C (Chiara) Boeri, MSc

Chiara completed a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics and Management at the Catholic University of Milan. During her studies, she spent an Erasmus semester at Maastricht University and ESSCA School of Management. Before joining the BEC group, she worked as a Junior Researcher at Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM), where she worked on incorporating behavioral insights into environmental policy and monitoring the SDGs at the local level. She is particularly interested in sustainability, behavioral economics, and experimental economics. Her PhD research focuses on how decision-making and policy design can encourage Dutch farmers to adopt mixed cropping systems. She uses survey experiments and econometric methods to better understand farmers' choices and to draw implications for researchers and policymakers.
