Annemarie Groot (PhD) is leader of the team Climate Resilience at Wageningen Environmental Research, which is part of Wageningen University & Research. She has more than 25 years of experience in the field of climate change adaptation, natural resources management and sustainable food systems in Europe, Africa and Asia. Her current research focusses on the co-creation of climate services, climate risks assessments, nature-based adaptation and the evaluation of climate resilience. To increase societal impact with her research, she applies transdisciplinary research methodologies
