dr. EMM (Eman) Abdelraheem

Eman Abdelraheem received her Master’s degree in chemistry from Sohag University, Egypt. After working as an assistant lecturer at the same university until 2013, she started her Ph.D. studies with Prof. Alexander Dömling at the University of Groningen, As a great result of her interesting project, a few hits of artificial macrocycles were highlighted as potent p53–MDM2 antagonism and as IL17 inhibitors. After obtaining her doctoral degree in 2018, she joined the Biocatalysis group at the Delft University of Technology working on multi-enzyme cascade reactions under the guidance of Prof.Ulf Hanefeld. In 2021 she was working on the enzymatic depolymerization and characterization of synthetic polymers during her project at Amsterdam university.
