Biography
My research applies systems thinking, interdisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity to advance sustainability in Agriculture, Biodiversity and Climate, combining analytical tools with participatory approaches to generate actionable insights for real-world transitions.
As a Postdoctoral researcher working on the PHITO project - Platform for helping small and medium farmers (SMFs) to incorporate digital technology for equal opportunities (phito.eu), I focus on co-creation and impact monitoring of digital support tools for sustainable farming practices.
I develop typologies to position SMFs along vulnerability dimensions and sustainability transition gradients. I also oversee the identification and synthesis of best practices addressing key agricultural challenges and I design methodologies to monitor performance improvements resulting from the digitally guided adoption of sustainable practices.
Ultimately, my work supports more sustainable, resilient and equitable social-ecological systems.
