I am a behavioural ecologist investigating how animals adjust their behaviour to changing resource environments, and how individual responses scale through social groups to shape ecological interactions. I use bumble bees as a model system because their colonies allow me to connect individual decisions, collective outcomes and environmental feedbacks.
