I am fascinated by the flexibility of organisms or systems to cope with (environmental) change. This makes me a researcher with a broad interest in how underlying biological of technical mechanisms work, but it also makes me a team leader with an intrinsic motivation to understand team processes, which hence help me facilitate optimal team performance.
