I work at the intersection of education, operations, and strategy. My role focuses on creating the structures that allow research, education, and people to thrive.

Education
I coordinate and improve educational processes, working with lecturers to strengthen course design, evaluation cycles, and innovative teaching formats such as blended learning and online education.

Operations
As Operations Manager, I oversee the operational organisation of the chair group and coordinate the office and project support team. I focus on building clear processes and workflows that support research projects, collaboration, and the day-to-day functioning of the group.

Management
Working closely with the chair holder and Management Team, I also translate strategic discussions into practical initiatives and organisational structures. This includes contributing to the group’s strategic development, supporting PhD trajectories and staff development, and strengthening the internal systems that help the group function effectively.
