Biography
Melle Nikkels (1989) studied Earth Science and Economics at the VU Amsterdam. As a PhD student, he explored how farmers (can) influence the water system. He did this in collaboration with the consultancy firm Aequator Groen & Ruimte and the University of Tasmania.
Melle currently leads team water at Aequator Groen + Ruimte and is involved in a transdisciplinary research into upscaling water storages (UPWAS) see https://upwas-project.weebly.com/
