Biography
Dr. Gert van Duinkerken is Business unit manager of Wageningen Livestock Research. Until 2019, he was Head of the Department Animal Nutrition. He is a co-founder of the “Centre for Animal Nutrition” in the Netherlands. He has been president of the Animal Nutrition Commission of the European Association of Animal Production “EAAP”, and member of EAAP’s Scientific Committee (2013-2016). He is programme leader of the public private partnership Feed4Foodure in the Netherlands, focusing on sustainable animal nutrition.
