dr.ir. NM (Nicole) de Roos

Nicole M. de Roos (1971) trained as a nutrition scientist at Wageningen University (WUR). After obtaining her PhD in 2001, she worked as a research assistant in the dietetics department at UMC Utrecht until 2008. Since 2008, she has been working as a lecturer in the Department of Human Nutrition and Health at Wageningen University. Her areas of interest are nutritional research methodology and the effect of nutrition before, during, and after treatment of disease on nutritional status, physical functioning, and body composition. She is project leader of the Wageningen Student Cohort.
