As a communications adviser and editor at the library, I am dedicated to clearly positioning our service offerings and making them visible to lecturers, researchers, and students. I develop integrated communication strategies in close collaboration with service owners, translate strategic goals into practical communication advice and plans, and ensure these plans are effectively implemented.

My work spans communication consulting, coordination, relationship management, and editorial tasks. I safeguard the quality and consistency of our communication materials and ensure that our messages are always relevant, clear, and engaging for our audiences. In addition, I coordinate the library’s communication channels, including the website, the support portal, and our social media platforms.
