Biodiversity in the landscape, landscape services and the social network in an area are inextricably linked and continuously influence each other. If you want to safeguard or increase the quality of the landscape, the key lies in the social network.

The degradation of nature and climate change present us with major challenges. The landscape and the natural processes in it offer numerous possibilities for sustainable and nature-inclusive land use.

My interest lies in creating a shared knowledge base about the natural landscape and facilitating joint action for a nature-inclusive landscape that provides the landscape services that the people in the area need in the long term.
