F (Fadia) Al-Abbar

As a marine ecologist, I am interested in delphinid behavioural responses to tourism activities. My PhD focuses on the common dolphins (Delphinus delphis) on the Azores, and their social responses to swim-with-dolphin activities. In addition, I will determine if their social responses mitigate disturbance to the vulnerable part of the pod.
