F (Feiyu) Zhang

Feiyu Zhang is a PhD candidate at Nanjing Agricultural University, China, and is currently a visiting PhD student at the Physical Chemistry and Soft Matter (PCC) group at WUR. His research focuses on enhancing the mechanical and rheological properties of high internal phase emulsions (HIPEs, dense emulsions) and exploring their applications in food systems.

At PCC, he will investigate the flow dynamics and microscopic stability of HIPEs using laser speckle imaging and microfluidic techniques.
