H (David) Cui, PhD

David Cui is a Research Economist in the International Policy group at Wageningen Social & Economic Research. He specializes in computational general equilibrium (CGE) modeling, international trade, climate change and food systems. His work combines methodological development of the MAGNET model with applied policy analysis. Recent research includes improvements to MAGNET's investment and recursive dynamics and household demand system, development of Armington-Krugman-Melitz and Global Value Chains modules, and econometric estimation of behavioral parameters for CGE models. David also contributes to CGE training and collaborative research projects.
