H (Hossein) Parsasadr

I am a hydrogeologist and postdoctoral researcher specialising in groundwater flow and solute transport modeling. My research focuses on advanced numerical modeling of groundwater systems in complex geological settings. Using finite-element modeling techniques, I investigate groundwater–contaminant interactions, design and optimise dewatering systems, develop effective groundwater management strategies, and assess environmental risks associated with acid mine drainage, subsurface contamination, and underground infrastructure.

Beyond academia, I have contributed to international consultancy projects, providing technical expertise in groundwater modeling, hydrogeological assessment, and data analysis. I have also gained laboratory and analytical experience in chemical and isotopic analysis of natural waters and gases.
