ir. J (Joris) Bergman

Joris Bergman obtained both his BSc and his MSc from Wageningen University in the field of biotechnology, specializing in process modelling, optimization and control. He is currently working as a PhD researcher at the departments of Environmental Technology (ETE) and Mathematical and Statistical Methods (Biometris). He carries out his work at Wetsus, European Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Water Technology in Leeuwarden. His work focusses on understanding biological gas desulfurization through modelling the biological, chemical and physical processes taking place in the process.
