Biography
Jennyfer is an external PhD based at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST). After obtaining a bachelor's degree in Food Technology and a master's degree in Food Economics, she started her PhD at LIST. Her project (ALGPRO) is a collaboration between LIST, WUR and PM International. It focuses on the impact of microalgal proteins on the adhesion properties, release profile and biological activity of microporous scaffolds hosting probiotic living cells.
