Jos van den Puttelaar is a consumer behaviour researcher and project manager. He has a strong track record on innovating research methods to measure and influence (food) choice. Jos is an expert in applying new technical developments in research ranging from virtual reality RCT’s to ecological momentary assessments in a global context. With a background in food technology and heart for positive impact he is a proactive linking pin between science and business in de field of food behaviour and sustainability.
