JJ (Julia) Virol, MSc

Conducting research at th nexus between development, behavioural and food safety economics. I am currently doing a Joint-PhD research (2024-2028) with Gent Universiteit and Wageningen University as a part of the UP-RISE project.

Previously I worked as a Junior Consultant and then Consultant at Ecorys coordinating projects and conducting economic and policy research for institutions, NGOs and private entities. I also contributed to business development activities. My core focus was on private sector development, trade and energy. 

I also have a backgroud in public affairs.
