Biography
Kangni graduated from China Agricultural University in 2020. During her master's study, she mainly focused on the characterization of peptides modified by the Maillard reaction. Now, she is working on exploring the Potency of fully aqueous emulsions as miniaturized reactors under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Vincenzo Fogliano, Dr. Antonio Dario Troise, and Dr. Ashkan Madadlou.
