I am a PhD candidate at Wageningen University and Research, jointly affiliated with the Food Quality and Design and Sensory Science and Eating Behavior chair groups. My research explores the dynamics of aroma release and perception, with a particular focus on the role of food oral processing. I am deeply passionate about ingredient technology, flavor science, oral phyiology, and sensory perception - fields that bridge scientific innovation with evolving consumer needs in a rapidly changing food landscape. My background includes hands-on experience in recipe formulation, ingredient application, flavor design, and the use of advanced analytical tools for product development.
