LS (Lucy) Perez Borroto, PhD

I'm a Cuban biologist with a specialization in plant physiology and a Master's degree in Agrobiotechnology. Later, I conducted my PhD in soybean phenotyping under abiotic stresses (UNT, Argentina) and a post-doc in potato pheno/genotyping under drought (PBR-WUR, The Netherlands). Currently, I'm a researcher at the Breeding for Abiotic Stress Tolerance group (WR), focusing on crop phenotyping under environmental stresses such as water deficit, salinity, flooding, heat, humidity, and low nitrogen availability.
