Biography
I am a PhD in Health and Society (HSO) and Business Economics (BEC). My project is about the Understanding and Scaling HPAI Prevention in Wet Markets: Transmission Probabilities, Human-Poultry Contact, Economic Costs of Interventions, and Cross-District Translation – A Case Study of Bogor, West Java, Indonesia.
I have a Statistics BSc from IPB University (Indonesia) and an Economics and Economics MSc from University of Nottingham (UK). I have an experience as a lecturer in Statistics Department at Universitas Islam Bandung for 6 years. My quantitative background help me implementing modeling in the context of public health and economics research, especially in Avian Influenza. I am interested in implementation of modelling in real world problems. I also have conducted several applied quantitative research in various fields, i.e., health, economics, finance. In the future, I hope I can make more contributions on utilizing quantitative research and doing more interdisciplinary experts collaboration to better understand the context of various real-world problems.
