Biography
Aspiring change-maker in the fields of sustainable tourism and protected area management. Recently began my doctoral studies at Wageningen University under joint supervision by the Environmental Systems Analysis Group and the Environmental Policy Group. As part of the larger ProAct Project on managing Antarctic tourism, I am researching the practical applications of a novel cap-and-trade system for tourist visitation permits to Antarctica.
An explorer by nature, I'm self-motivated and curious to discover deeper knowledge of myself and the world. I'm driven to connect experts and stakeholders through participative processes to co-create socially and ecologically sustainable tourism interventions.
